Join us as we acknowledge and celebrate Paul Weintraub, President & CEO, and his service to Fridays@4. Paul will share the history of the association and the association's accomplishments under his leadership. We will also welcome Shelly Trent, incoming President & CEO, and receive a presentation on her vision for the association.

Paul Weintraub
Fridays@4 Co-founder, President and CEO Paul Weintraub is a visionary and growth-oriented executive association leader who addressed a need in the association community by establishing and incorporating The Fridays@4 Society. He took Fridays@4 from concept to reality by partnering with association executives who shared his vision and became the founding board of the society. By the time of incorporation, the society was delivering weekly programming centered on career enhancement learning and strategy to over 100 members, and within its first year, the membership had more than tripled in size.
Paul is the executive vice president of Factum Global, where his responsibilities include business development, consulting, marketing, and special advisor to the chief executive officer. A Certified Association Executive (CAE) with RCDD, RTPM, ESS and TECH certifications, he has over 10-years of C-suite association leadership expertise in global business development, sales, and operations.
Shelly Trent, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CAE, JCTC, JCDC
Shelly Trent, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CAE, JCTC, JCDC is an HR and career development professional who has spent her life guiding others toward lifelong learning, career growth, and personal enrichment. She is the president-elect of Fridays@4. Shelly worked for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over 16 years. Shelly’s background includes association management, human resources, college career services, corporate employee career development, and business and industry training.
Shelly is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute, as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, and also obtained her master’s degree in public administration with an emphasis in HR. She completed her Ph.D. coursework at the University of Louisville in human resources development and career counseling. She also holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification. Through the Career Development Network, she earned two career coaching certifications, Job and Career Transition Coach and Job and Career Development Coach.
