FRIDAYS@4 is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all meeting participants regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, national origin, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof).
Meeting participants are expected to refrain from any unacceptable behavior during Fridays@4 events.
All meeting participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any Fridays@4 event representative.
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, Fridays@4 may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the event without warning or refund and, if appropriate, involvement of local law enforcement. Breaches of this Code of Conduct can result in disqualification from participating in future events and termination of Fridays@4 membership.
If you see, overhear, or experience a violation of the Code of Conduct during a virtual event, please immediately direct message the meeting host during the event and/or email us at info@fridaysat4.org.
Should a member of the Programming Committee witness or be alerted to any unacceptable behavior by a meeting participant, they will immediately reach out to members of the Board (via Slack). The Board will determine next steps. Should flagrant and obvious unacceptable behavior be witnessed, the participant will be immediately removed from the meeting by the meeting host.
