Join your association and nonprofit colleagues for an open networking discussion and best practices sharing about making our workplaces more inclusive for the LGBTQIA+ community.

David Falchek is the executive director of Serving Seniors Inc. A veteran of nonprofit and associations, he has a certificate of Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida. He serves as treasure of a local credit union and chairs a municipal board of ethics. This year, he serves as a class advisor for the Institute of Organization Management, Northeast Institute, at Villanova.  

Shea Hughes was appointed executive director of Northeast Pennsylvania Rainbow Alliance in 2024 after serving as Alliance director and member of the special events committee. 

Formed in 2004 NEPA Rainbow Alliance works toward creating a community where all people can live openly and free from fear, where individuals, organizations, and businesses work collaboratively to provide an equal, inclusive community; and where we celebrate and nurture our diversity.

Shea is the owner of Gemini Events, a full-service event planning company, and she also works as a marketing social media manager.
